MODE OF PREPARATION FOR DRUG APPLICATION:

Firstly, pour the product in the quantity recommended in a separate bowl and mix it with some water. Fill half of the tank of the equipment with the mixture obtained and make the mixer work as you pour the solution. Make the mixer work while pouring water till the tank is full and the product is well mixed.  Make the mixer work during the application. The preparation must be used within the same day.

Cotton Leaf worm in pepper (in greenhouses): Disinfection must be made when 1-2 packs of new opened eggs appears or 4-5 larvae are noticed in 100 plants. The application must be made on the leaf without dismantling the larvae.

Green worm in tomatoes (in greenhouses):The disinfection must be done immediately when 5 plants are contaminated from 100 plants.

Beetle in bunch of grapes (vineyard): the disinfection against the beetle in bunch of grapes must be conducted according to the estimation and alert system. When the number of butterflies caught in the pheromone traps reaches a top and begins to decline, if the temperatures in the late afternoon during two consecutive days exceed 15 °C, the disinfestation should be made at the first generation after the eggs hatch in larvae following the high temperatures at the proportion of 120 gd (per day/per degree), at the second generation with 520 fg, at the third generation with 1047 gd or, considering it in phonological stages, when flowering at the first generation, when the grapes are green at the second generation, when the grapes begin to get sweet at the third generation. Disinfection must be done at each generation.

MISCIBILITY:

ARION can be mixed with many standard insecticides and fungicides. It is necessary to make physical tests of miscibility before making the mixture in big quantity.

MODE OF USE AND TIMING:

For application, tractors, back atomizers, motor atomizers and any other type of suitable device can be used. Be careful to coat thoroughly the product on plants with dense green sections. Avoid to make the application when green sections are wet during the hot hours of the day or when rain is waited.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT: ARION Crop Protection Plant is an insecticide classed Group 6 according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of the same group of crop protection products lead to resistance development. For this reason, do not exceed the number of recommended applications of ARION during the same season in order to avoid resistance development. In case applications need to be repeated, pay attention to use crop protection products with a different mechanism of action (apart from those of Group 6).
