MODE OF PREPARATION FOR DRUG APPLICATION:
Fill first half of the tank of the equipment with water. Put the product recommended in a bowl and put pre-mixed mixture in the tank of the spraying machine. After pour water till the tank is full. After the preparation is well mixed, the product is ready for application
MISCIBILITY:
A test must be done to verify miscibility with other products. Do not mix with products showing alkaline reaction. Due to an eventual resistance to chemical products, it is recommended to use this product with chemicals owning a different mechanism of action.
MODE OF USE AND TIMING:
It is necessary to make the application by humidifying the plant thoroughly in a coating operation.
Citrus:
Treatment should be made as soon as a concentration of buckskin is noticed. For a good treatment, the product must be covering. For each tree, 10-20 litre of liquid are sufficient. You can mix in a proportion of 0,25 % with summer oils.
Ornamental plants:
Treatment must be apply as soon as the miner signs are detected. You can repeat the application if necessary. There should be an interval of at least 7 days between two applications.
Tomatoes and Cotton:
Treatment must be made when an average of 1-3 adult pests are seen by leaf.
RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT:
MENTAMECTIN 1,8 EC Crop Protection Product is an insecticide classed Group 6 according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of the same group of crop protection products lead to resistance development. For this reason, do not exceed the number of recommended applications of MENTAMECTIN 1,8 EC during the same season in order to avoid resistance development. In case applications need to be repeated, pay attention to use crop protection products with a different mechanism of action (apart from those of Group 6).
